The best thing about this neighborhood is it's proximity to University of Houston and minutes of a drive away from being able to attend major city events. We suggest renting a car, which can be parked in the garage, or traveling by UBER ( Get your first ride FREE with code UDCZW) when staying here. The neighborhood is in a transitional phase, many properties have recently begun to be remodeled. The neighbors are elders, one of which is a previous owner of the home and helps us keep an eye on it.

Guest Access

Entire home, Fully accessible RENOVATED with access to all parts including washer and dryer. Small scanner and printer can also be provided to business travelers, upon request.

This is a tiny home guest house built behind the garage on a property that has 2 Airbnb properties. The backyard is shared between 2 homes. The main house is in the front of the lot and faces the street. This unit is in the rear of the lot and faces the back yard and parking area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking supplies, the bathrooms have fresh towels, and the bedrooms have fresh linens for you!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was the perfect size for my family. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location made it easy to access the highway. The fenced yard was a great bonus, offering safe parking for our vehicles and allowing my dogs to roam freely when no other guests were around. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, our stay was a 10/10! 🙂

Alen’s place was exactly as described very private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I felt extremely safe, especially since the property is gated. The space was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. Alen was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. For the price, you really can’t beat it. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Houston.
