Please check out on time as our cleaning crew arrives within minutes of check out time. -Your car can be stored inside the gate, a code for the lock will be sent to you with you front door access code after booking. The garage is not available for guest use at the moment. - Total beds in home listed in description include the following: There are 2 high-quality beds/cots in the closets of each bedroom and an inflatable queen mattress in the hallway closet for optional guest use. - Visible cameras on the property are for security and emergency purposes only. They are located on the exterior of the property (front and back doors) and in the main living area. Guests are free to cover the interior camera only while staying at the property only and must be uncovered upon checking out. We do not keep cameras in the bedrooms or bathroom areas for obvious ethical reasons. These cameras are NOT monitored regularly and recorded footage is kept for 10 days and deleted automatically if no incident is reported.

The house is cute, quiet, lots of windows, natural light, well decorated, clean. Has enough space for the family. In a quiet area, but still close and convenient to downtown Houston and stores without the busy traffic and noise.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We really enjoyed the private yard and secure parking. Not being familiar with the area, it felt safe and was quiet. We plan to stay here again next year for outlet cheer competition. It was close enough to downtown but felt great to get away from the crowds at night.
